ABOUT GLUBA FOR IOWA

A history of leadership. Joining the United States Marine Corps after high school and being entrusted with leadership roles as a young man equipped me with essential tools to lead. After my time in the Corps, I continued to embrace leadership in every aspect of my life, whether it was running a kitchen as a chef or organizing my logistics team to adapt to the ever-changing dynamics of the supply chain. I also proudly served my community as a City Councilman, being elected for multiple terms during various Iowa elections. My commitment to public service extends to my involvement in clean water commissions in Iowa and property rights advocacy. Additionally, I have worked with rural housing and development initiatives in eastern Iowa and am currently serving on the East Central Iowa Convention of Governments Board.
